SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

THE VERVE currently accepts and delivers online orders only within:

  • Poland

  • Italy

Orders cannot currently be placed for delivery to other countries.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping is provided for all orders delivered to Poland or Italy. No minimum order value is required.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Gdańsk, Poland, within 2 business days business days following payment confirmation.

Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Polish public holidays. Processing may take longer during exceptionally busy periods, but we will inform you if a material delay affects your order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Poland: 2–4 business days

  • Italy:3–7 business days

These delivery times are estimates and do not include the order-processing period. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier disruptions, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@theverve.online. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Additional delivery costs resulting directly from an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer where permitted by law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, or if it arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at info@theverve.online with your order number.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and take the appropriate action. Nothing in this policy limits the seller’s responsibility or the customer’s statutory consumer rights.
