SHIPPING POLICY – THE VERVE

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

Estimated shipping times (from Poland):

Poland: 2–4 business days
Italy: 7–12 business days
European Union: 7–14 business days
Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We offer free shipping on orders to Italy, European Union countries, and the United Kingdom.

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. THE VERVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
